ABOUT ME
Upon graduating with honors from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, N.Y., I began my career as a photojournalist at the Cape Cod Times. Since then, I have been on staff at a number of daily and weekly papers including the Charleston Post and Courier, The Luke Airforce Base Thunderbolt, and the Pawley’s Island Coastal Observer. Some of my freelance clients included Fleishman Hillard and Sports Illustrated.
In addition to my career in photojournalism, I have had the pleasure as working as an art director for both book and magazine publishers.
I have a passion for education, and am currently working with TNTP - an educational non-profit whose mission is to end the injustice of educational inequality by providing excellent teachers to the students who need them most and by advancing policies and practices that ensure effective teaching in every classroom.
